We’re excited to announce the release of Enhanced Lists, a powerful new feature that transforms how you organize and customize your data in TagniFi.
What’s New?
Based on your feedback, we’ve completely reimagined lists to give you the flexibility you’ve been requesting. You can now enhance your custom lists with additional columns tailored to your specific needs. Whether you’re tracking investors and want to add contact information and investment criteria, or managing any other dataset with custom attributes, Enhanced Lists makes it possible.
Key Improvements:
Dataset-Specific Lists: Lists are now tied to specific datasets, enabling richer customization and more relevant data organization.
Custom Columns: Add the exact information you need to your lists. For example, enhance an investor list with contact details, investment focus areas, or deal criteria.
New Folder System: We’ve introduced Folders as the new organizational structure that contains both your saved searches and custom lists. This replaces the previous Lists section in your console, providing clearer organization and better workflow management.
Enhanced User Experience: Creating and managing lists now uses the same intuitive interface as our search functionality, making it easier than ever to build and customize your lists.
What Happened to Your Existing Lists?
Don’t worry – we’ve seamlessly migrated all your existing lists and searches. Since lists are now dataset-specific, we’ve automatically broken down your legacy lists by dataset type and organized them into the new folder structure using your original naming convention.
For example, if you had a list called “Project Alpha,” you’ll now find it organized as separate dataset-specific lists such as:
- Project Alpha (Deals) – Deal List
- Project Alpha (Public Companies) – Public Company List
- Project Alpha (Private Companies) – Private Company List
- Project Alpha (Econ Series) – Econ Series List
Your saved searches have also been preserved and will appear alongside your lists in the appropriate folders, clearly labeled as “Search” type for easy identification.
Getting Started:
Navigate to the new “My Folders” section in your console to explore this functionality and find your migrated content. From there, you can create new folders to organize your searches and lists, then dive into list customization using our familiar search-style interface.
